1. What are the levels of readiness for a responsibility?
Novice, Apprentice, Professional, Coach, Master Beginner, Advanced Low, Medium, High
2. When are you considered generally competent?
When you readiness is between 50% to 100% When your readiness is between 80% to 120% When your readiness is above 100%
3. When are you considered developing your Readiness?
When your readiness is between 0% to 50% When your readiness is 0% When you readiness is between 30% to 70%
4. When are you considered an expert?
When your readiness is above 100% When your boss tells you that you are an expert When your readiness is 150%
5. What is the meaning of the Apprentice badge?
You only know what needs to be done You did it once and forgot about it You can do it but you still need supervision Somebody decided to mentor you
6. What is the meaning of the Professional Badge?
You can do it and you do not need supervision You can do it but sometimes you need to lean on your manager You can do it at expert level and you can teach others
7. What is the meaning of a Coach Badge?
You can train and certify others You were certified by the master to be able to train and certify others You can help others when they need it
8. What is the meaning of the Master badge
You are a Subject Matter Expert You can and will develop inspection checklists for readiness inspections You will capture Tribal knowledge and make it institutional
9. What is the readiness level of the Apprentice badge?
30% 50% 70%
10. What is the readiness level of the Professional badge?
70% 100% 120%
11. What is the readiness level of the Coach badge?
100% 150% 125%
12. What is the readiness level of the Master badge?
150% 140% 130%
